Great resource !!! Nov 20, 2007 Great book. Looks pretty comprehensive. Well organized. Lots of material. Good for those who need to read up on particular topics. And, since there is a new edition every year, it is up-to-date. Great for older practitioners like myself who are not familiar with more recent developments.
