This book is intended for persons involved in assessing performance. Part 1 of the book explains the components of the "Universal Performance Process" which is at work in all organizations, whether large or small. In Part 2, the book describes the elements of performance audit findings, how those elements interrelate with each other, and how they are linked to the actual components of performance that were explained in Part 1.
