1A waste of time  Jul 07, 2008 By Mack90
It is difficult to know who the intended audience is for this slim volume. It may be useful for professional finance and accounting people who need an overview of government jargon and acronyms in preparation for an audit. But for anyone else, who needs either an executive overview of the financial aspects of grants administration or assistance in preparing and managing budgets, the book is almost useless. It lacks any type of conceptual, contextual overview and is devoid of specific examples.

2A quick overview, but not actionable information  Dec 30, 2008 By D. S. Bierly
This is a nice quick read, but you are quickly left needing a much better book to actually develop an indirect cost accounting structure. I'm off looking for that now...

1Poor Quality Document  May 23, 2011 By Mark56
To start with, this work utterly fails to document sources. And as another reviewer points out, there are not examples. To read this book looking for a solid answer is to intimately know frustration.
