5A must read for CFOs and Controllers from Schaeffer  Feb 17, 2007 By Ron "RMS"
The most prolific author of Accounts Payable books, newsletters and articles gets better and better with each piece.

This time she presents Accounts Payable for the most senior financial professionals in a way that is thought provoking, informative and written in her straightforward style.

As a senior financial professional from New York I am always looking for ways to improve the performance of my business and to better understand the impact of my decisions on my organization.

Schaeffer's most recent book, "Controller and CFO's Guide to Accounts Payable", is able to illustrate how the decisions you make at the top drive behavior throughout your organization.

This book will cause you to think about your AP Department in a new more effective way.

5much needed steps in the right direction  Feb 19, 2007 By Joseph Lewko "AP enthusiast"
With some advice from a friend who has been in accounts payable for years, I picked up this book and started a foundation for my accounts payable career. I have confidence and the information I need to make the much needed changes to setup our AP department. It is so much easier to read then the other books out there, and found myself able to retain the information much easier with the down to earth examples.

This book was lent to me by my boss. As a finance student and executive assistant to a CFO, I found it extremely informative and helpful. I am always looking for ways to better understand and become more efficient in the field I work in, Ms. Scheaffer has definetely played a part in this. I look forward to reading more of her books.
